Playchess server problem ?

I've downloaded the free PlayChessSetup.exe to play on the chessbase server; I filled all usefull infos but I'm unable to create a new user account.
It first tries playchess.com (timeout) then fritzserver.biz (timeout) then when it tries to connect to schach.de I get this message :

We apologize, the chess server is currently not reachable.

We are working to solve the problem. If the problem persists and you have never succeeded to log on from this machine, please make sure that your firewall has port 6002 open.

I am sure port 6002 is open. When I use the tracert command for playchess.com, it is blocked somewhere in Germany. I get to a backup server saying to log out and not to try creating a new user account.
I can at least play as a guest.

You are lucky. I can only connect to schach.de After the welcome message, I see this in the chat window :

Backup and test server. please log out. No user database. Please do not create accounts.

It works well now.
