I want to put a game on a website e.g. http://www.foo.com/pgn/ so that I can view it from a location where I don't have access to winboard or any chess programs. Any ideas?

Maybe this as a standalone program?

Surely, it is only one of many programs. I haven't tried it.

Also scid has an option "export to HTML and javascript" which should do the job.

Actually you made me play with scid a little and I found its "export to HTML and javascript" option is very good. You can export the whole database including annotations and diagrams in one page very easily.
