This is just a quick note. Based on an idea of Steve B (from moderating at the Hiarcs forum), the mods are trying out a new method. We will have a rotating "lead moderator" that will be sort of the spokesman for the CCC team and will handle most communication with the members. As Steve puts it, "the point of this approach is to let the members hear the voices of all three of us which assures the members that we are all three involved." Additionally, it can help members communicate with us, knowing a certain mod can handle their requests. Of course, all moderators are still on active duty and should be available for comments and such.
We have decided on this initial schedule, based on two week rotations:
Zach 12/2-12/15
Volker 12/16-12/29
Steve 12/30-1/12
So I will be handling your various concerns for the next couple weeks (mostly just to have some continuity with the last moderation term).
