chess computer "Excalibur Phantom Force"

Hello together,

does anybody know where the mentioned-aboved chess computer
can be obtained in France? In Patricks forum "le fou numérique"
where I am also a member exists a request about that Excalibur model.
I think the price of 200 Euros is too expensive for just only a toy :( :( :(

he lives in France and i believe he has a Phantom Force
