10th Amateur Championship Division 8

10TH CCRL AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP (Division 8 )

AMD64x2 Dual Core
Fritz 10 GUI
128mb hash each
3-4-5 piece tablebases
Ponder off
HS-Variety.ctg book
40 moves in 38 minutes repeating (adapted for the CCRL 40/40)
4 cycles 28 rounds
Updated versions will only be introduced before the completion of the first cycle.
The top engine is likely to be promoted into Division 7. The second top engine will play a ten game match against the second bottom engine from Division 7 to determine which divisions they are likely to play in for the following season.

I thought the 2008 version had some minor changes also though?

I did have Chaturanga in here originally, but it lost too many games on time on move 39, so I replaced it with Heracles.
