I remember the day when Axel Schumacher came up with some great personalities

Hope one day he does another cameo

I love the powerful engines as well as anyone but sometimes i still "wax poetic" about the old days in computer chess

I old enough to still have saved my collection of the printed "Computer Chess Reports". One issue was about Chessmaster finally making it to the big leagues with a 2400 rating :)

I think de Koning started with CM on version 4000.

Used to really look forward to those computer chess reports. That was our main source of information back before the internet. :)
Still have fond memories of the dedicateds I used to own also.
