EPD test suite compilation

I have produced a set of some traditional test suites using the new EPD format. This format includes the six-field FEN position specification (not the old four-field version). Also, the operand of the "id" operator is always a symbol instead of a string or symbol. Some programs can handle this already while others will need a slight adjustment.

All of the traditional suites use one-origin indexing as befits their printed format history. The program generated suites (all with lower case names) use zero-origin indexing as befits their C++ history.
