Waxman chess

Are you familiar with this program, I picked up a copy years ago. The date tells me it 's a 16-bit program. Anyways, I would estimate the strength at between 1600-1800 elo, it has a little opening book, you can load and save games, display its analysis, and its only 145 kb, which really impressed me.
