Again this is an easy one. The game Rybka vs Shredder in the unlimited division was a tremendous one. Nick booked the very interesting Qe2, and Rybka ended up demolishing Shredder. It is not often that you see such a quick decisive game with such strong engines and hardware.

For me, It's Rybka vs Deep Sjeng.
Sjeng seized the positional initiative earlier in the game, but Rybka managed to slowly improve the position by playing excellent positional chess on the queen side.
