Wow, Ted. 5 polls in a span of few seconds
I doubt if many people are going to respond to these polls, I'm sure many don't care for the games or don't have time to go through the games. All they want to know is the results.
Give me some time, I'll study the games more thoroughly in order to come up with favourites of mine.

Definitely Jonny - Deep Sjeng. Jonny failed to realize the power of Knight in the closed position. For awhile after major peice trades, Position was slightly plus for white but Deep Sjeng managed to fix up and close all the pawns to create the isolated pawn wedge, and post the knight on outpost square. Just Brilliant! Who says computers don't understand closed position?

Jonny - Sjeng was definitely a great game. I wasn't so sure we would win this, but Erdo was very confident that there was a lot of play left in the position and that Sjeng would proceed correctly. He was right.
In Deep Sjeng - Junior, the opening went wrong and Junior had a winning attack. But maybe it was just a bit over-eager. Deep Sjeng was able to walk its king away from the busted kingside, stash it away on the queenside, and then fire the counterattack over the files Junior had opened for its own attack. In the end, we probably missed a win and fell for a drawing trick. Great game, good drama, also shows how hard it is to beat a computer and that they are capable of well thought out strategy.
Deep Sjeng - Hiarcs also didn't really have the opening we intended. White's attack was fully stopped and when we snatched the a5 pawn, the Hiarcs book author said "bye bye" to us, because all black pieces were bearing on white's king. However Sjeng broke off it's own attack, defended it correctly and when Hiarcs didn't seem to understand the power of the connected passers we were able to turn it around. I stopped watching the game shortly after we snatched on a5 and came back when the score was at +2 - couldn't believe my eyes!
