How many people clone engines ?

Post by pichy »

"Norman Schmidt - Bruges, Belgium" also known as "Kranium" has been caught cloning chess engines again. He had sold an illegal clone once, now he wrote "his own" engine Crimson which infact turns to be Viper!.All the info about "his" engines (TogaToy, Cyclone, Cyclops, Alderon, Crimson...) is deleted forgood! BTW, it seems that he is preparing Crimson 1.2 as "open source chess engine".Now he's caught again and it just doesn't make any sense. So my advice to everyone is NOT to test/use anything from Mr N.Schmidt in the future, no matter what he claims since you ABSOLUTELY CAN'T trust this guy!! This means that there will be no news about future releases from mr "Norman Schmidt from Belgium"

PS: Jim Ablett is a suspicious person too, with so many engines

12? 42? 6? No idea what answer you expect.

You have only copied the statement made in WBEC.

Jim Ablett compiles sourcecode for others.

And finally, please stop posting things in the wrong forum. This was moved from CTF. This is the 3rd time you have recently done this.

Don't pay attention to this guy Christopher,he's always confused what to post and where to post it....
Now that he claims that Jim Ablett is a cloner,we should give him a special handicapped status in our forum

Jim Ablett is totally above reproach in every way that I can consider sensible.

Either that, or I am a hardened crimial. I do the same thing as Jim, just not nearly so well.
