Playchess how to create new 30 day trial?

Playchess how to create new 30 day trial?
I downloaded the playchess client from chessbase.com , however when i log in the create new account is greyed out only the guest option is enabled. I have never had an account what's up with that?

Hi,
With the free client click Login then you first have to fill in a user name and password of your choice (ie. make one up) then you should be able to click on "create new player name ". Until you fill in these details it will be greyed out. Then it takes you to a screen where you can fill in all other details and press OK and you should be oK.
