Hi,

Stockfish 1.5 first rating in the UEL: 2821 (1.4: 2794, 686 rated games).

PGN on the Division Elite page.

Perhaps also interessant to know: Stockfish 1.4 first rating was 2766 and Rybka 2.2n2 in the same time had 2774, Glaurung 2.2 had 2675. Now Rybka 2.2n2 has 2791.

Is it possible to see the results against each engine ? I don't have time to look at pgn of each game, but I would like to see how it scored against its opponents.

In this case it's a good thing.

But this first rating is just an indication. The rating will be change with more games.

Sure is better to begin with the first place

Hi together,
it may be that Stockfish 1.5 will stay on top for a while. In a little test match here it won clear against Rybka 2.2n2 with 28,5:21,5 (time control 40/4, book HS-7moves.ctg) on an Athlon x2 6000+ with 32 Bit system.

For the 1st rating SF 1.5 played against weak engines !

My first matches were not so stunning at all (single PC and blitz):

SF1.5 - Rybka3 3,5 - 16,5
SF1.5 - Naum4 5,5 - 14,5
SF1.5 - SF1.4 9 - 11

In test suites new Stockfish is slightly faster than old. BTW I wonder how Marco can improve engine without compiler (if I understand right)?
