Robin Hood vs The Sherrif of Nottingham

Post by Michael Sherwin »

On a Q6600 at a TC of 2' + 6" in Sherwin Forest (sherwin50.pgn)

Stockfish_151_intel_x64 - Rybka 2.2 64 bit : 62.5/100 41-16-43 (1===101=101===1=1===1111=00======10011===111000==01=111====1=11=111=10=11=1=1=111===100==1=011101=0=) 63% +92
If you are on a sidewalk and the covid goes beep beep
Just step aside or you might have a bit of heat
Covid covid runs through the town all day
Can the people ever change their ways
Sherwin the covid's after you
Sherwin if it catches you you're through

:-) :-) :-)

Well, Rybka 2.2n2 is a bit retired and tired kind of sherrif, 2.3.2a mp is a stronger and worst one. :-)

Hi Graham,

I was close to releasing something before my hard drive crashed. You can read in the programming forum what it is that has prevented me from making progress. I know that I am closing in on the two year limit for participating in your amateur series. I will try to verify at least a small improvement, any improvement, and get it released.

Hi Mike,

sorry to hear about your hard drive crash. Did any of your beta testers have a copy of the Romichess version from that time, as it appeared quite strong?
You're a pretty special person to be doing what you're doing for your Mum.

Cheers,
Graham.

Thanks!

My beta tester quit and I do not remember if any stronger betas made it out or not. I do not think that they did.
