The latest WinBoard (4.4.1) is now also available as Wndows binary, in an installer package, as well as a bare executable, from WinBoard forum.
The ICS chat windows from the spcial WCRCC version are still incorporated, as well as the -keepAlive option. For the rest it is mainly a bug-fix release: many small bugs were fixed (premove and the GUI book being the most important ones).
