It would be nice if you separately post the ones that do work, so one know which ones to pick for certain purposes.

Hi Swami,

I can send Caligula 0.7, I think epd works on Arena.

Hi Pedro, I had Caligula 0.3 engine, maybe it was bit outdated. Ofcourse you could send me the new updated file either through my mail address which you know or through pm.

No luck at downloading the book. It seems bigger than 4 MB. Could you
please provide another link or produce another book smaller than 4 MB.

There seems to be a problem between Turkey and googlesites.

Alternative:
http://www.eiretaberna.com/danasah/caligula_book.zip

The book can be replaced by any other in format polyglot, example: performance.bin, the readme.txt file to see the configuration line.
