Hannibal is on the way ... interview with Edsel Apostol!

Post by Frank Quisinsky »

Hi there,

I made an interview in English language with the programmer of Twisted Logic / Hannibal, Edsel Apostol.

The interview can be read under:

http://www.schach-welt.de/index.php?opt ... Itemid=138

Have fun and thanks to Edsel for all the information!
Thanks to the "Co-Programmer" Sam Hamilton for the game comments!

Hi Wael,

yes, a blitz-interview because i started in the night with Twisted Logic in SWCR and without to have such information I don't have fun (means without information). Now I like it to see Twisted Logic in SWCR. First games played, very nice games vs. Junior 2010.

I added all the interview information in the playing style discription:
http://www.nk-qy.info/bericht-swcr-engines.htm

Weal, go to Zappa ... :-)
Perhaps you have an update for me :-)

OK, all is in German language and the file is horrible big.

I am working now a longer time on the interview with the Stockfish team. I think I can send it end of the next week. This will be the next one.

Yes, a nice interview with Edsel.
I like it too.

You have to know that I am very happy if the programmers send the information and have interest on such interviews.

I hope that each interviews I made have an own charakter and face (means the questions). But I need after the interview with the Stockfish team a little interview break.

Now I am very nosey of Twisted Logic and of course of Hannibal.

Note that my game comments were made with little sleep and intended only for my co-author and booker (not that I mind Edsel sending them to Frank). If I had known they were going public they would have been a little more carefully written.

Hi Sam,

I can changed it each time if you like.
Sorry, thinking thats a good idea because I like your comments.
Short and clear !!

I can delete it too.
All is not a problem ...

What you like.
Mail: fr _ed_ nk-qy.info

Perhaps you can send me a pic too.
So I have it from both programmers (if you like).
