Hi there,

SWCR is the official ratinglist from a German chess magazine (SCHACHWELT).

http://www.schach-welt.de

Computerschach News-Ticker (German):
http://www.schach-welt.de/spezial/compu ... icker.html

in SWCR now 16.000 games played.

32-Bit, 40 moves in 10 minutes (one game need around 40 minutes), 256Mb for Hash-Tables, Ponder = on, 4-pieces nalimov, shredderbases, egbbs, fast Intel hardware (3.0 up to 2.86GHz).

New are 4 updates:

1. Twisted Logic 20100131x replaced Cyclone xtreme Warth (will not have a clone in the list).

2. Critter 0.52b replaced Glaurung 2.2 (have Stockfish in the list).

3. Ktulu 9.0x as Engine 20 ... now the TOP-20 are complete.

4. Deep Fritz 12 with 1 Core replaced Fritz 12

Here are the official SWCR ratings:
Each one against each one 40 games, 7.600 games, 760 games for each engine.

Stockfish seems very close to the strength of Rybka. Very soon, an amateur program may be the strongest program in the world.

Maybe that will force the hand of Vas to release Rybka 4

I am sure Dann that even now there is a program out there, amateur, that is way stronger than Rybka 3 and I'm not talking about the Ippo/Robbo Adam's family

I told you people loooong time ago that the dominancy of Rybka is over,it's just that you don't/won't listen to me....

Hi Dann,

yes, great games, great engine ... the most fun I have with Stockfish in SWCR. For me absolutly clear, the most interesting chess engine we have.

I like it so much.
I think soon is the interview with the programmers of Stockfish available.

and Junior ... :-)
Great playing style.
Like it too ...

Hi Wael,

thanks!

you can see ...
The "day dreamer" ... your words in a thread I saw.

... is working :-)

At the moment Junior 11.1a and Naum 4.2 are playing.

Naum 4.2 produced a lot of fire on the board.
I need a larger TV.

SWCR computer are connecting with HDMI 1 up to 6. At the moment TV program SWCR is running, channel 4 ... Naum 4.2 - Ktulu 9.03.

After 3 games 1.5 : 1.5 ... thinking not possible ... Ktulu can win against Naum. In 40 games against Naum 4.1 Ktulu won one or two games.

At the moment 3.0 : 18.0 ... great games from Naum 4.2.

Those programs are all about the same strength (within standard error bars). Stockfish here uses a book and the others don't:

Code: Select all

Program Elo + - Games Score Av.Op. Draws
