CEGT - rating lists March 28th 2010

Post by Werner »

Hi all :-),
our rating lists are now online and can be found under the attached links.

40 / 20:
Today we added 1486 games made with 29 different engines to our list. See more in our list "Games of the week". In total our 40/20 list is based now on 395.816 games.

New engines:

This is mainly a Naum 4.2 x64 update:
  • 3 Naum 4.2 x64 4CPU 3140 +20 -20 636 games (+48 to Naum 4.0)
Naum 4.0 x64 4CPU won the match against Rybka 3 x64 4CPU but lost against Rybka 3 x64 2CPU!
  • 6 Naum 4.2 x64 2CPU 3102 +29 -29 300 games (+49 to Naum 4.0)
  • 17 Naum 4.2 x64 1CPU 3032 +24 -24 450 games (+60 to Naum 4.0)
Alltogether a very good start for Naum 4.2 here with a new nr. 3.

Updated engines:

Code: Select all

1 Rybka 3 x64 4CPU 3180 +11 -11 2879 games (-6)
2 Rybka 3 x64 2CPU 3146 +10 -10 3088 games (-1)
5 Stockfish 1.6 x64 4CPU 3118 +11 -11 2566 games (+-0)
15 Deep Fritz 12 4CPU 3048 +-14 14 1173 games (+2)
49 Komodo 1.0 x64 2974 +14 -14 1330 games (+2)
Here is a comparison of Deep Junior 11.1a with Deep Junior 2010:

Code: Select all

53 Deep Junior 11.1a x64 4CPU 2969 +21 -21 601 games
94 Deep Junior 2010 x64 4CPU 2926 +19 -19 807 games

127 Deep Junior 11.1a x64 2CPU 2901 +23 -23 524 games
126 Deep Junior 2010 x64 2CPU 2903 +20 -20 692 games

189 Deep Junior 11.1a x64 1CPU 2857 +21 -21 608 games
199 Deep Junior 2010 x64 1CPU 2849 +20 -20 790 games
There is still an advantage of the 4CPU version while the other versions are about same strength. And we still did not get an update of Deep Junior 2010.

40/120

We made an update too for our 2CPU/1CPU list 40/120 with 1789 additional game and some new engines:

Code: Select all

2 Naum 4 x64 2CPU 3034 +21 -20 557 games
4 Deep Shredder 12 x64 2CPU 2988 +33 -33 210 games
11 Fritz 12 2920 +34 -34 150 games
13 Stockfish 1.4 x64 2CPU 2912 +37 -37 180 games
14 Hiarcs 12.1 2CPU 2904 +67- 68 60 games
Many thanks to Wolfgang for the games !

....before you ask a correction:

Naum 4.2 x64 4CPU won the match against Rybka 3 x64 4CPU but lost against Rybka 3 x64 2CPU!

sorry for the typo - it was Naum 4.2 of course

It would be fantastic, if we had so many new games, but I played 700 games "only".

...maybe we have had some older games from Heinz too - as this was the difference between the old list and the new list. The old list is now overwritten so nobody can see it
