It seems to be that Hiarcs doesn't have any idea of how to continue here

Studying this position, I would play 1. g3 with the intention to continue with the plan of opening up the h-file by moving the King to g2 and pushing the h-pawn to h4-h5 and to bring the Rook to h-file. Of course Black can try to stop White from achieving this plan, however, I believe that Black would make some positional concessions which White can then exploit.

If I could secure f4 I'd want to play g4 & Rg1 here

zappa's idea was Rg1 & g4 to create activity on the kingside.

This is the plan that I want to follow. I think it is the more suitable. Thank you.

If this were a group game, I would vote for this, too.
(However, Black is well defended, I think).
