Beautiful.

Thanks for posting it.

PS: Same thing if the pawns are in the e,g or h column. Not the same if they are in different rows.

I guess that the draw is made.

Yes. At first glance, it looks like an obvious an easy win. But white can rearrange its pieces to Ne3+Kf3 and the position is impossible to break. It is nice how with minimum resources white can resist, covering all the key squares. Either the black king or black rook needs to protect f5, so it is impossible to break with both pieces the white position. Only one is useless. If that was part of the theory, I did not know it, otherwise it should!

This is a common pattern that engines are clueless without 6-pc TBs
It is a draw and it looks like an easy victory at first glance.

What makes it interesting is that you do not know why it is !? At first glance many would say black wins. However, this is a fortress position, black cannot win if white plays the best. Lastly, it is NOT that easy to play the white side, you can be tricked easy. I lost 2 times before I found the drawing method. The drawing method I found was in only one variation, ever engine will play it a bit different. Try it out, I think you will be pleased.

It's positions like this that improve your chess as you gain a great understanding of the few positions in which a knight , king and pawn can hold against a rook, king and pawn. As said before beautiful!
