Looks like Booot is the strongest Pascal based program in the world, surpassing Delfi.

Re: The NON Ponder engines ...

Dann,

unfortunately ...
And don't understant the ponder mode :-(

A chess program without ponder ...
This is compare to an other kind of chess, like fischer random chess.

I hope that the strong fraction of NON ponder engines, like ...

01. Bison (engine crasht often in playing with ponder = on)
02. Umko (ponder not possible)
03. GullChess (ponder not possible, ponder = on tournament crasht)
04. Boot (ponder not possible)
05. Chronos (ponder not possible)

will updated in one of the next releases with a ponder mode. That would be great !!

Best

Booot climbs up to position 19 from position 28-29 with the 5.0.0 version (now 2924 in CCRL 40/40 1CPU), showing an improvement of 116 ELO points regarding the 4.15.1 version, 8 ELO points behind Grapefruit and 42 ELO points ahead Bright.

I hope we will see soon a 64-bit version, maybe it would be even a bit stronger.
