I suspect that Rybka with good hardware is already an electronic correspondence GM based on her playing strength.

How does a person join a correspondence chess game? Don't know anyone who plays but would greatly enjoy it.

There's a Correspondence Chess subforum over at the Rybka forum where people play correspondence games and post the moves. Lot of interesting games which are fun to watch! Use of computers is allowed, of course.
