Chess Tiger 14 is my favorite Tiger version, and one of my all time favorites. I suspect CT will methodically outplay MChess in many games in this match

Re: M-Chess vs World 2: Chess Tiger 14 entered the tournamen
hm it seems that Chess Tiger 14 will decide the games always very late in the endgame so far.........
I seems that M-Chess is nearly equal in opening and middlegame positions....
Michael, what do you think about Gambit Tiger 2 and the newest Chess Tiger 2007 version?
by the way.....
here is the 1. game

Re: M-Chess vs World 2: Chess Tiger 14 entered the tournamen
I have always noticed that Tiger 14's main strength lies in its endgame. Gambit Tiger 2, especially the Aggressive mode, plays in an attacking style somewhat different compared to other attacking engines like Junior, Hiarcs or Thinker. I noticed GT2 plays almost exclusively on the Kingside, and it is especially good at creating holes, targets and weaknesses on the opponent's King. Junior's attacking style borders on the fantastic. I frequently notice it playing really surprising, intuitive human-like moves.
