thanks for testing.
At the moment I have for Ext. 42 +19 ELO.
Interesting is your draw quote ... 19% !!

So you have the same results I have, I think its clear that the settings by the user in Rybka forum are much stronger as default.

I will test one of his setting again with my next SWCR-64 tourney.

Tornado ... I have +80 after 325 games at the moment.
Crafty ... I have +33 after 325 games at the moment.

Seems that Tornado and Crafty have big improvements too ... combination from our results.

Yes...obviously Rybka 4 (with settings by Nathanael Plapp) performs better than Rybka 4 engine default

Interesting is your draw quote ... 19% !!

I use slightly different version of Perfect 2010 book (a little bit stronger) and i hope to release it soon (as a gift for Christmas)


And what is interesting to note too,we (you and me) have started testing Rybka (with Nathanael Plapp's settings) at same duration of time

Hi Sedat,

YES !!

I have here a nice fight for place 1 in SWCR.
Rybka 4 Ext. 42 vs. IvanHoe T0.5.4.1 by Amir Kamil!

Later I will test a newer Rybka setting too but I am sure that Ext. 61 / Ext. 42 have the same playing strength ... after my test with positions I start before. But if I look on your results it seems that Ext. 61 is stronger. If I understand the messages in Rybka Forum Ext. 42 is now on place 2 in the list by the creator

You can be sure I will download your new book version!
