Hello Ingo,

Truly we live in an golden age. Hiarcs is an engine that I have loved - and continue so to do to this day even though I have not yet forked out for the latest iteration - for a long time.

Here we have free engines - I am excluding Houdini because it seems to the strongest thing there is - that can beat a competitive and commercial chess programs.

Wow.

Programs that I can download and enjoy for free - Stockfish, Critter and Komodo.
