TSCP 1.81 for Android

I made Tom Kerrigan's Simple Chess Program (TSCP) version 1.81 available for Andoid (ARM) at UCI and XBoard Engines for Android. As for all other direct downloads, I have been given explicit permission to post this binary. If you want to restribute the binary by some other means, please contact Tom first.

This engine will participate in the ongoing Android tournament.

Thanks Evert! I usually only provide direct downloads for engines that I compiled myself, and link to engines compiled by others, such as Jim Ablett's excellent website (I could provide a dynamically linked Jazz if you prefer, but other than smaller size, there are no real advantages).

In any case, I plan to use your engine (Jazz v5.01 JA ) as well in the upcoming longer time control tournament.
