In both normal chess lists Stockfish 2.2.2 has passed Critter 1.4!

Nice to see that. As a proponent of free software myself, I'm a huge fan of Stockfish. Although, let's not get carried away: the 3 elo difference with Critter (40/4) is way below the error bar.

Nice work!

Any chance of testing DoubleCheck 2.6 64-bit in CCRL 40/4 soon ? The only one they've tested so far is 1.4, which is a lot weaker according to my testing.

Just as an aside, I'm running a 40/40 gauntlet with DoubleCheck 2.5.4 32-bit to get it established there. Of course I realise that you're not really interested in the 32-bit version, but just thought I'd mention it anyway. :)

I have tried, and failed, to get a 32 bit compile... Hopefully JA will do his magic soon with v2.6 :D
