Two very nice matches. Since these are my 1st 64bit matches, I don't have any stats to fall back on for 64bit. But it is fairly easy to see the jump to 64bit was kinder to Komodo 4 than it is to most engines. A bit above the norm.
I base this on the fact that I have matches where 12 Ivanhoe versions played Komodo 4 32bit. And Komodo 32bit was 0 for 12. Not one win.
I have above results from 2 Komodo 4 64bit matches with Ivanhoe 64bit versions, and Komodo is 2 for 2. No losses. So each of these matches could have gone either way- I admit that. And I don't expect Komodo to win all 64bit matches with Ivanhoe versions. But I'm not quite sure I would bet on that. Time will tell.
But I am already in the plus column. I have solved my Windows 7 chess match problems, and can now count on stable, accurate results. That's gotta be worth something. Stay tuned.
Bye for now-
