Friday's UPDATE- 40x(2) v Houdini 2.0c x64!

Houdini 2.0c x64 vs Engine 40x(2)- Latest Update!

Actually I believe we have 112 more games since the last update, and Houdini has increased his lead from 18 games to 27 games. Which %-wise seems to fall in line with the previous update- 55% or 56%. Still a long way to go.

Intel i5 w/4TCs
Fritz 11 gui
1CPU/64bit
128MB hash
Bases=NONE
Ponder_Learning=OFF
Perfect 12.32 book w/12-move limit

10'+10"
Match=1000 games

Code: Select all

1   Houdini 2.0c x64    +81/-54/=118   56.00%   140.0/253
2   Engine 40x(2)       +54/-81/=118   44.00%   113.0/253

Enjoy- we shall check in tomorrow.

I don't think, where in thread view we should have to suffer thru every move made by 2 guys in chess games no one I know cares about. So if they are going to do that, and someone keeps bumping them back to the top with replies- the only choice I have is to repeatedly bump my latest update thread back to the top. Sorry- nothing personal.

Those games could easily be played in private.

But they get more feedback and thus are more interesting than all the Ipp*** vs. Ipp*** matches.

The truth is that it is difficult to show respect for something unknown.

And harder to believe is true.

both shout "The wolf to come"
"That when the wolf came, no one paid any"

George, this bored.
