And when I say No. 2 engine in the world- there is no question mark at the end of that sentence. There is no doubt that the 64-bit version running on 1 core is stronger than Stockfish, Rybka, Komodo, Ivanhoes, RobboLito, Critter and Strelka. It is a fact that has been proven.
I held everything "close to the vest", without rushing to play the cards I had been dealt. But that still doesn't mean I have the ultimate winning hand. Based on what I have seen against all these other engines- my first reaction is to say this ought to be one hell of a match. But I have been there before- and was wrong.
This is the author's true Rainbow version. The first 2 were considered betas- but not this one. It is ready to start a 500-game match with Houdini 2.0c at a time control of 5'+5", and its official name is short and sweet: Rainbow UNLimited. No fancy number sequences- that's it.
So this is the last card I have to play. You might say "the clip is empty and there is 1 left in the pipe." Whereas in a Biblical sense one might say "this is the last button on Gabriel's coat."
Whatever term floats your boat- this is it. Nothing stronger remains. Time to get it on. Match will begin in 10 minutes and engines will use:
Intel i5 w/4TCs
Fritz 13 gui
1CPU/64bit
128MB hash
Bases=NONE
Ponder_Learning=OFF
Perfect 12.32 book w/12-move limit
5'+5"
Match=500 games
You will be updated on a regular basis.

It is only your opinion and not a fact
It is possible to test at many different time controls and it is possible that it is better in the time control that you tested but not at different time control or different conditions.
I also believe that you do not have the private version of latest komodo
that may be stronger or not stronger than houdini2c at long time control.
I can also add that houdini2c is probably not the strongest houdini and
I read in the rybka forum that houdini2z(different personality) beat houdini2c convincingly.

Perhaps it is a good idea to gave George his own privat forum, where he can quote as many utterly uninteresting and speculative nonsens as he wants:

You are wrong as usual. What's new about that.
