Yes, compared to the 13.2 version.
But keep the margins in mind:

68 %      : (+ 10,- 10) -> [2817,2836] 
95 %      : (+ 19,- 19) -> [2807,2845] 
99.7 %    : (+ 29,- 29) -> [2798,2855]
