Not sure if this is the politically correct way to describe it, but Chesley r323 blew his chance. Had 2nd in his grasp, and just blew it with a last round loss to Matheus- and had the white pieces. A win would have given him 2nd place. Not sure- as I did not compute the points if he had drawn Matheus and been tied with Parrot. No check on that because it is moot now.
