.net 4.5 and inlining method/function?

while doing some search I spotted this;

MethodImplOptions.AggressiveInlining

seem to be .net 4.5 only

anyone with visual studio 2012 installed could quickly try this and see if there is any improvement?

.Net 4.5 only.
There are cases when it helps, highly depends on what the case actually is. Some cases I managed to mess up performance with it, careful.
