That 80% is more after opening stage, usually (or albeit in what I've found out in all my tests). Sometimes in the opening stage Houdini can give an inflated score for white (I think it has to do with the contempt more than anything else, that's stronger in the opening phase) and either give +0.50 without it really being there.

When instead it happens in late middlegame then yes, you are sure it will win 80% of the times.

Anyway let's see what it happens.

Where did you see that?
80% is for a +1.0 advantage against an equal opponent at blitz TC.
