General info
The Champions League contains 24 engines and is preceded by four qualifying stages. The qualifying rounds consist of matches between 2 engines of different countries. the match winners can play the next qualifying round (Q) or the Champions League (CL). The eliminated engines will play a play-off tournament and still can enter the next Q-round or even the CL exceptionally.
12 game matches during Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4; double round-robin tournament during play-off tournaments; 11-round Swiss system tournament during the CL.
