If you add 54 Elo to Stockfish 5 you get 3292, a new leading score.
Your 40/20 page shows SF6 at 54 Elo LESS than SF5.

Please read and calculate again...

Stockfish 6 = 3184
Stockfish 5 = 3130

Where do you see Stockfish 6 behind Stockfish 5??

I think you looked into the "all versions". There Stocky 6 really is 54 behind Stocky 5, BUT check numbers of CPU please:

Stocky 6 = 1CPU
Stocky 5 = 4CPU!!!

Yes,
I did not realize that was an "all" versions list. After I checked the single list I saw the appropriate placings and rankings with SF6 clearly in first place.
