As you all seem to have missed this http://hiarcs.net/forums/viewtopic.php?p=70220#70220

Of course the ICGA board is doing everything possible to kick out the entry by the ICGA programmers rep. before the event starts

Is this being hosted by the ICGA?

You're back?
Theory and practice sometimes clash. And when that happens, theory loses. Every single time.

I am planning to enter Arasan in the CSVN Programmer's Tournament, but not the ICGA event.

If you want to travel by bus or train in Holland you should buy an anonymous OV chipkaart otherwise you can forget it. Can be difficult if you have no equivalent in your own country and you don't know how to use it.

I always forget to check out or can't remember whether I did or not. If you forget to check out you loose money.

It was an incredibly bad idea to introduce this card without paying attention to the needs of tourists. If you're an EU citizen you should be able to recover any money you lose on this by sueing the Dutch state for violating your freedom of movement as protected by the EU treaty. But it will take some years...
