This confirms that self-play is very unpredictable and that dividing the estimated gain by two is reasonable
as well as my minimum release threshold of +60 self-play.
I was much luckier last time btw but I guess all is well as long as it's improved.

There are three listings where we can compare Komodo 9.1 to Komodo 9.0, in all cases with over 500 games. The average improvement you show is 16 elo. Our estimate was 15 elo. For CCRL the average improvement is 11 elo. All very closely in agreement.

Thanks, I missed one of them. So the average is 14, not 16. Either way darn close to 15!
