Hi there,
after the discussion with Ferdinand I changed again a bit on my rating system. In the future each engine update have to play vs. each of the FCT League 1 & FCT League 2 participant engine.
= 41 opponents x 50 games = 2.050 games to play!
Such a test-run on 14 cores without resign / ponder (14 matches runs to the same time) and the time control 40 moves in 10 minutes repeatadly need around 4.5 days.
After the test-run I will create the stats for League 1 or 2.

I added at first Alfil 15.07 ... and I have it not in my list, installed on one of the three FCP systems for testing only. This produced a lot of problems and I must hold on the still running the test-run (Shredder *.sto tourney file must be overworked). Unfortunately, I found my mistake one hour later, searching and seaching and not find out it directly.

At the moment all works fine.
Mistake is fixed and the complete test-run are restarted.
At second:
On all three systems is FTP-Trigger still running.
The following situation: A game ended and a new game is loading. At this seconds FTP Trigger try to copy the current results ... a blank page will be displayed. It could be possible that from time to time a blank page for that reason will be displayed undo on the next system FTP-Trigger is loading the current results on server again. If so, you have to load it view minutes later again!

testing new engine updates from my site will be now very easy and I hope much more interesting as in the time before, means in the time before I try to organize the new rating list. I am ready now and testing should be an event for interested people.

Now I am testing vs. 41 opponents and 2050 games.
I am sure that now again lesser games for a stable rating are necessary. After my Excel calculating I should have after 800 games an result from +-8 in 98% of all cases. Output to that question from Elo calculation
programs aren't very important for me because they not have a parameter for quantity of opponents.
But at the moment I have the problem that different engines, participant in my list, are very similar in playing style. For that reason it could be +-10 in 97% of all cases. Futhermore, engines strong in tactic need more games for a stable rating. It's nice to see that more and more engines have here strengths.
With a higher quantity of opponents lesser games for a stable rating ... here I am absolutley sure after so many years working on rating list systems.
But after all ...
2050 games and 41 opponents ... we know all ... about the style the strengths & weeknesses.
