Mac Cluster

Has anyone out together a Mac cluster for a chess engine. If yes, what are the necessary steps?

I have no experience, so I will need step by step instruction.

I have two Macs - both running OS x 10.10 sitting side side by side. Not looking to spend a lot of money to make this happen. Interested in getting both Crafty and Stockfish running in cluster mode. 16 cores in total.

Any help will be appreciated.

Second question - is there anyway , can I have the two Macs play each other through the ether net cable either via xboard , some other gui or even on through the terminal app. Rather not go down the chess server route.
