Running out of good ideas?

Looks like it becomes more and more difficult to come with a successful idea for improving further Stockfish as exemplified by the current testing bench status, see http://tests.stockfishchess.org/tests

As of 2/21/2016, only negative tests!

In the mean time, eagerly waiting for the AlphaGo - Sedol match, starting on March 9th.

I don't follow this very often, so I don't know if almost 50 consecutive tests, ending up being either negative or basically equal, is a normal thing.

On the plus side, three out of the last four, are green.

All things considered, there doesn't seem to be much of a cumulative improvement, since the version that played the TCEC8 final, came out.
