Hawchess is an interesting interface. It miss not having support for engines with xboard protocol and not see the eval the engines. I tried the ad-supported version. Pros: One thing I've seen in their favor is that it has complete support to modify all options in the UCI protocol (I limit myself to value the options only above testing engine).

Another interesting interface and I think that is not on your list is : Acid Ape Chess, this gui is very complete in every, also it supports xboard engines although I have not tried.
