pchess 2.0 John Roland Penner => windows build?

This one was mentioned in the computerchess wiki, but it seems there never
was anything, except a mac build available.
Would it be possible to create a windows build from the FutureBasic source?

I asked therefore Roland Penner several months ago - he was not sure, if source code will ever be released.

The important point would be: A complete Windows edition with GUI including engine or only the UCI-compatible program?
