Hi Fernando,

if I remember ...
A program with nice grafics without Information in Detail about search, eval. It was one of the first programs with nice 3D pieces and boards. I played much games vs. Virtual Chess (DOS) at this time and Virtual Chess won all the games very clear.

I believe an older engine by Dave Kittinger was included but this was speculation at this time. After all what I saw in games ... never the engine was a program from Dave Kittinger because the engine from Dave are clearly stronger.

Only nice grafics not more ... a product for the mass market.

Best
Frank

At the same time CorelChess was available. Also a program with nice grafics but much stronger and more interesting for us. CorelChess (I believe the name was CorelChess was a program from Don Daily). And of course Virtual Chess Windows was available ... but here the DOS version of Virtual Chess was stronger.
