In this position I played 24. Ne4. After 24 .. fe4 25. Be4 Qe4 26. Dd3

Now I suddenly realized I was one piece down. How was that possible. Did a piece fell of the board ?

I should have played f2-f3 earlier to save the game. But instead I played Qd2 etcetera.
