Process Lasso by Bitsum

I use process lasso to disable hyper-threading on both of my lenova laptops (G70-80). Moreover in addition to CPU affanity, there is few more:

Priority class
I/O priority
Memory priority
Application power profile

I would like to know optimal settings without effecting raw engine performance.
