SmallFish Settings Question

I just downloaded and installed SmallFish on an iPhone 7. In order to make the app play at maximum strength, what would be the best settings for threads? Since I am not sure how many threads could be accessed by the app on this device, would it be ok to select "5" and let the app access as many as it can?
