Houdini 5 Pro - Upgrades from Houdini 5 Pro CB package?

Do you get a reduced price on updates to Houdini if you buy the Houdini 5 Pro GUI package from CB? I am assuming that the Houdini engine is not a UCI component in the CB package?

I got this reply today from CB,

"Dear Mr. Cook

We don't offer extra updates. Just the normal free routine updates inside the program."
