Tough tournament to set up and execute but interesting to watch a bit suprised by the results.....Chess Genius performed rather well overall numerous engines would not work at all in the GUI.. AR

Yes the system is 'somewhat' winboard compatible..pure winboard or pure UCI engines work best...(winboards use wb2uci genius adapter and Uci engines use polyglot adapter) included with Genius GUI...also Zarkov and Wchess 2000 have "Genius Ready" engines...Nimzo 2000 works very very well in Genius Gui....

I think you misunderstood AA Ross.

He is running this thing under the Chess Genius GUI !! ( and I admire his endurance to set up all these engines ( knowing how much of a nerd's work this is !!), and was actually thinking about replying yesterday already because of this .

There is no GUI that is quite as awful when it is about setting up alternate engines.

Unfortunately, there are not engine annotations in the games.
